Where should you incorporate?
Four questions. The answer follows the people and the customers, not the headline tax rate.
Why does where I live matter more than where I sell?
Because a company is tax-resident where it is managed and controlled. A UAE company run day to day from London is UK-resident for corporation tax, whatever its licence says.
Can the answer be two entities?
Often. A holding or parent where the owner and investors are, and an operating entity where the customers or stock are, with the profit split documented under transfer pricing. The tool says so when the answers point that way.
Is this advice?
No. It is a structured way to see which jurisdiction your own answers favour. The recommendation is a starting point for a conversation, not a decision.
Form it in the right place, first time.
We advise on the structure, form the entity, register it for the right taxes, and get the bank account open.
