Every registrar deadline met, every register kept.
Beyond the accounts, every company has a second set of obligations to its registrar: confirmation statements, licence renewals, annual reports, officer changes, beneficial ownership. Missing them can strike the company off. We keep the calendar and the registers.
The whole job, not the visible half.
Everything below is in scope on the plan that includes company secretarial & registered office. Nothing on this list is an add-on.
- Registered office address in the UK, registered agent in the US, licence address support in the UAE
- Confirmation statements, annual reports and licence renewals filed on time
- Statutory registers: members, directors, PSCs and UBOs, maintained and available
- Officer, shareholder and share-capital changes filed with the registrar
- Board minutes and written resolutions for dividends, loans and material decisions
- Identity verification, UBO declarations and economic substance notifications
Three situations we see every week.
Companies with overseas directors
Registered office and agent requirements, plus identity verification, are harder to meet from abroad. We provide the address and manage the process.
Groups with several entities
One missed confirmation statement in a group of six is easy. We track all six on one calendar.
Owners who have received a strike-off notice
Companies House and the UAE registrars strike off for missed filings. We reinstate and bring everything current.
Four steps, then a rhythm.
Register health check
We review the public record against your actual officers, shareholders and addresses, and correct discrepancies.
Calendar
Every registrar deadline for every entity, with reminders and the filing itself.
Changes
Appointments, resignations, share transfers and address changes filed as they happen.
Annual
Confirmation statements, annual reports and licence renewals prepared, approved and filed.
The rules differ. So does the work.
The same service, applied to each jurisdiction's law. Figures checked September 2026.
The confirmation statement is due annually within 14 days of the review date, fee £34. Directors and PSCs must complete Companies House identity verification. Registered office must be an appropriate address, not a PO box, since March 2024.
Everything about the UK ↗Free-zone licences renew annually and most require audited accounts, an office or flexi-desk lease and up-to-date visa status. UBO declarations are filed with the licensing authority and updated within 15 days of any change.
Everything about the UAE ↗Every state requires a registered agent with a physical address. Annual reports and franchise taxes are due on state-specific dates; Delaware's franchise tax for corporations is due 1 March. Foreign companies registered in a state file beneficial ownership information with FinCEN.
Everything about the USA ↗One senior accountant. One flat fee. Three countries.
Group figures are Shaazford Global LLC's published numbers across all its service lines.
Can you be my registered office?
In the UK, yes, and it keeps your home address off the public register. In the US we arrange a registered agent in each state. In the UAE the licence address is tied to your lease and we support the renewal.
What happens if a confirmation statement is missed?
Companies House can begin strike-off proceedings after repeated failures, and the directors commit an offence. In practice, filing late resolves it if caught early. We make sure it is.
Do you draft board minutes?
Yes, for dividends, director loans, share issues and any decision that should be minuted for tax or legal reasons.
Is this included in the plans?
Confirmation statements and licence renewal management are included in Growth and Scale. Registered office and agent services are a small annual add-on.
