Get paid faster. Pay on your terms.

Late payment is the single biggest cash drain on a growing business. We run invoicing, chasing and supplier payments as a weekly process, so cash arrives when the contract says it should.

01What is included

The whole job, not the visible half.

Everything below is in scope on the plan that includes accounts receivable & payable. Nothing on this list is an add-on.

  • Sales invoices raised from your system or ours, in the customer's currency
  • Automated reminders at 7, 14 and 30 days, then a personal chase
  • Aged debtor review every week with a call list for anything past 45 days
  • Supplier invoices captured, approved through a workflow and scheduled for payment
  • Weekly payment runs prepared for your approval, never released without it
  • Statement reconciliations with every major supplier and customer
02Who it is for

Three situations we see every week.

01

Service businesses with 30-day terms that stretch to 60

Every extra day of debtor days is working capital you are lending your customers for free.

02

Wholesalers and distributors

Volume of invoices and supplier statements makes a manual process unreliable. A weekly cadence keeps both ledgers clean.

03

Owners who hate chasing

Someone has to. It works better when it is a process, not a favour.

03How it works

Four steps, then a rhythm.

Step 1

Ledger clean-up

Both ledgers are reconciled and every stale balance resolved before we start the weekly rhythm.

Step 2

Terms and templates

Payment terms, invoice wording and reminder sequences are set so that the process runs without you.

Step 3

Weekly cycle

Invoices out Monday, reminders Wednesday, payment run Friday. Every week.

Step 4

Reporting

Debtor days, creditor days and the top ten balances in each ledger, in the monthly pack.

04By market

The rules differ. So does the work.

The same service, applied to each jurisdiction's law. Figures checked September 2026.

UK

Invoices carry the VAT detail HMRC requires, late-payment interest and compensation are applied under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act where you choose to, and supplier payments run through Bacs or Faster Payments.

Everything about the UK
UAE

Tax invoices meet FTA requirements including TRN, and are prepared for the phased e-invoicing rollout from 2026. Supplier payments run through UAE bank transfers with WPS kept separate for payroll.

Everything about the UAE
USA

Invoices show sales tax by jurisdiction where collected. 1099-eligible vendors are flagged at onboarding so January reporting is a report, not a search.

06Questions
Do you talk to my customers directly?

Only if you want us to. Many clients have us send reminders in their name and escalate the personal call to them. Others hand the whole process over.

Do you pay suppliers from our account?

We prepare payment runs for your approval. Releasing money is always your action, in your banking portal.

Can this reduce debtor days?

On average clients see a 10 to 20 day reduction within a quarter, simply because the reminders go out every time.

Do you handle disputes?

We flag them, gather the paperwork and keep the ledger honest. Resolving the commercial dispute is yours.

Talk to us about accounts receivable & payable.

Thirty minutes, no pitch deck. Tell us the entities and the countries, and we will tell you honestly what applies and what it costs.
