Government, registry and licence fees are passed through at cost and itemised. Prices exclude VAT where it applies.

01What is not included

Four things that sit outside the fee, and why.

01

Government and registry fees

Companies House, the FTA, the IRS and state filing fees are passed through at cost and itemised on the invoice.

02

Statutory audit

Where the law requires an audit, an independent licensed firm performs it. We prepare the file and manage the process; the audit fee is the auditor's.

03

Software subscriptions

Xero, QuickBooks and receipt-capture tools are in your name, so the data is always yours. We set them up and configure them.

04

Local certification in supported markets

Where a Pakistani, Saudi, EU, Australian or Canadian filing needs a locally licensed signatory, the partner firm's fee is agreed with you first.

02Questions about the fee
Is the fee really flat?

Yes. Each plan is a fixed monthly amount with the scope published above. If your volume moves past a tier we tell you before the next invoice, not after. We never charge a percentage of revenue, of tax saved, or of a refund.

What is not included?

Government and registry fees: Companies House, the FTA, the IRS and state filing fees are passed through at cost. Statutory audit, where required, is carried out by a licensed audit firm we coordinate with. Accounting software subscriptions are yours, so you keep your data if you ever leave.

Which currency do I pay in?

Whichever matches your primary entity. A UK Ltd pays in pounds, a UAE free-zone company in dirhams, a US LLC in dollars. Groups with entities in more than one country are billed in one currency for the whole group, agreed at onboarding.

Is there a contract?

Month to month, with 30 days' notice. Your accounts, ledgers and working papers are yours from day one and are handed over in full if you leave.

Do you replace my existing accountant or work alongside them?

Either. Most clients move everything to us. Some keep a local firm for a statutory audit or a specialist filing and use us for the monthly work. We hand over cleanly in both directions.

How does onboarding work?

A 30-minute call to scope the entities and filings, then a secure portal invite. We connect bank feeds, migrate the ledger if there is one, and reconcile the opening position. Most single-entity businesses are fully live within 10 working days.

Not sure which plan fits?

Tell us the entities, the volume and the countries. We will say which plan applies, or that none of them do yet.
