Year-end accounts

Filed on time, in the right format, without a single reminder from the registrar.

Statutory accounts and the tax return that goes with them, prepared from books we already keep. No re-work, no late-filing penalties, no accounts that contradict the ledger.

01What is included

The whole job, not the visible half.

Everything below is in scope on the plan that includes year-end accounts & statutory filings. Nothing on this list is an add-on.

  • Full or abridged statutory accounts under the standard that applies to you
  • Directors' report and notes drafted, reviewed and signed electronically
  • The company tax return prepared from the same figures
  • Filing with Companies House, the FTA or the IRS and state agencies
  • A closing meeting that walks you through the numbers and next year's tax position
  • Deadline tracking twelve months ahead, with reminders at 90, 30 and 7 days
02Who it is for

Three situations we see every week.

01

Limited companies and LLCs of any size

From a dormant holding company to a trading group, every entity has a filing that cannot be missed.

02

Businesses that have been fined before

One late filing in the UK costs £150 to £1,500 per set of accounts, and the fine doubles for a second consecutive offence. It is cheaper to have it done.

03

Owners who need accounts for a lender or investor

Clean statutory accounts with a proper audit trail behind them are the first thing a bank or buyer asks for.

03How it works

Four steps, then a rhythm.

Step 1

Year-end checklist

Sixty days before your year end we send the list: stock counts, accruals, loans, dividends, anything that needs a decision before the period closes.

Step 2

Draft accounts

Prepared from the closed ledger within 30 days of period end, with a reconciliation to every balance sheet line.

Step 3

Review call

We go through the accounts and the tax computation together, before anything is signed.

Step 4

File and confirm

Submitted electronically to the registrar and the tax authority. You get the acknowledgements, not just our word.

04By market

The rules differ. So does the work.

The same service, applied to each jurisdiction's law. Figures checked September 2026.

UK

Accounts are due at Companies House nine months after year end and the CT600 twelve months after, with tax payable at nine months and one day. From April 2027 small companies lose the option to file abridged accounts without a profit and loss, under the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act.

Everything about the UK
UAE

Corporate tax returns are due within nine months of the financial year end. Mainland LLCs and most free-zone licences require audited financial statements for renewal, which we prepare for the licensed auditor.

USA

Form 1120 is due 15 April for calendar-year C-corps, 1120-S and 1065 by 15 March. Foreign-owned single-member LLCs must also file Form 5472 with a pro-forma 1120, with a $25,000 penalty for missing it.

06Questions
Do you sign off the accounts?

We prepare and file them. Where a statutory audit is required, a licensed audit firm signs the audit report; we prepare the file they audit and manage the process.

What if my year end has already passed?

Send what you have. We reconcile the books, prepare the accounts and file. If a deadline is imminent we prioritise the filing and tidy the rest afterwards.

Can you change my year end?

Yes, where it helps: aligning group entities, or moving away from a December year end that collides with every other deadline. We handle the registrar notification.

What about dormant companies?

Dormant accounts and confirmation statements still have to be filed. We do them on a small annual fee so a company you are keeping for later does not become a liability.

Talk to us about year-end accounts & statutory filings.

Thirty minutes, no pitch deck. Tell us the entities and the countries, and we will tell you honestly what applies and what it costs.
